By accessing or using the Willey’s Works website (www.WilleysWorks.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website. Willey’s Works reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice, and your continued use of the Website following any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

You may use the Website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the Website:
In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any “junk mail,” “chain letter,” “spam,” or any other similar solicitation.
To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Willey’s Works, a Willey’s Works employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Website, or which, as determined by Willey’s Works, may harm Willey’s Works or users of the Website or expose them to liability.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of Willey’s Works or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on the Website is the exclusive property of Willey’s Works and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
4. Product Descriptions
Willey’s Works attempts to be as accurate as possible in its product descriptions. However, Willey’s Works does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of the Website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Willey’s Works is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
5. Pricing
Prices for products are described on the Website and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. All prices are in U.S. dollars. Prices, products, and services may change at Willey’s Works’ discretion.
6. Payment
Willey’s Works accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that you authorize Willey’s Works to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order (including any applicable taxes and shipping charges).
7. Shipping
Willey’s Works ships to addresses within the United States. Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order and are displayed at checkout. Willey’s Works is not responsible for any delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier.
8. Returns and Refunds
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, Willey’s Works does not accept returns or offer refunds except in cases where the product arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact Willey’s Works within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a damage claim, please provide clear photographic evidence of the damage. We require two images from different angles to assess the extent of the damage before approving a replacement or refund.
In the unlikely event of a return or refund being approved, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. The original shipping charges are non-refundable.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Willey’s Works, its directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website or the products or services offered on the Website. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Willey’s Works, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including attorneys’ fees and costs, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website or your violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Website shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Willey’s Works with respect to the use of the Website and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Willey’s Works.
